  • Day 1: New Delhi - Agra

    Qutub Minar is a UNESCO World Heritage site located in Mehrauli Archaeological Park in New Delhi. It is a 73-meter tall 5 story minaret. The first story was constructed by Qutub-ud-din Aibak, the founder of Delhi Sultanate, in 1193. The other stories were constructed by other rulers of the Delhi Sultanate. The inscriptions and patterns made in different materials are intricate and show the amount of refinement at those times.

    Lotus Temple is a popular tourist attraction in the city of Delhi. It has a unique flower-like form inspired by a flowering lotus. It was built by people of Bahai faith in 1986. It is open for everyone of any faith and any walk of life.

    Dedicated to the soldiers of British India who died in the wars, the India Gate is a war memorial located near the Rajpath. The lawns around the India Gate offer a great picnic spot where people enjoy with their family.

    Parliament House is a historical building built during the colonial period. The shape of the building is based on the Ashoka Chakra and has a circular plan. The building is surrounded by lush green gardens all around.

    Rashtrapati Bhavan is the official house of the President of India. While taking a walk along the Rajpath, we will see the President's house from outside. The building is an example of British colonial architecture in India, showing an amalgamation of Indian Architecture and European style.

    Day 3: Jaipur city tour

    After breakfast, travel to Amber Fort, the capital of Rajasthan until 1728, and follow your guide on a two-hour tour of its palaces, squares, and monuments. It was built by Raja Man Singh I and is known for its artistic elements. It has various rampants and series of gates. The Maota Lake located in front of the monument beautifies it as well as acts as a source of water for the fort.

    Jal Mahal or the Water Palace is a palace in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake in Jaipur city. The palace is surrounded by water on all sides, making a picturesque view with the lake for people to capture on the dam. Head down the hill to Jal Mahal, a palace floating on Man Sagar Lake, for a photo opportunity.

    Jantar Mantar, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is a collection of nineteen architectural astronomical instruments built by the Rajput king Sawai Jai Singh II, the founder of Jaipur in 1724. The instruments allow the observation of astronomical positions, which shows the brilliance and technological innovation of people in the 18th century.

    Stop At: Hawa Mahal - Palace of Wind, Hawa Mahal Tripolia Bazaar Road Badi Choupad, J.D.A. Market, Pink City, Jaipur 302002 India
    Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds is extensively known for bee hive-like windows which allowed the winds to get into the palace by using screens. The facade is made up of red and pink sandstone and has a peculiar pyramidal shape. The windows have stained glasses as well.
