The beautiful Majorelle Garden in Marrakech is the most visited cultural attraction in Morocco.

The well-known garden, designed by the painter Jacques Majorelle in 1922, attracts hundreds of visitors every day, both in winter and in summer.
In 1944 the painter decided to admit visitors to his garden. After his death in 1982, the garden was sold to the mythical couple Yves Saint Laurent and Pierre Bergé.
Plants of all the 5 continents you'll find there.

Stop At: Musee Yves Saint Laurent Marrakech, Rue Yves Saint Laurent, Marrakech 40090 Morocco
The new Musée Yves Saint Laurent is closed on Wednesday.
The French fashion designer spent a lot of time in Marrakech during his life. Around a thousand items from Saint Laurent's collections are exhibited in this museum.
His iconic, cobalt blue villa gave the designer a lot of inspiration. "Marrakech taught me color," said Saint Laurent. As a result of his love for the city, the Pierre Bergé-Yves Saint Laurent Foundation set up the museum, which was one of the last projects of Saint Laurent's business partner, Bergé. He came up with the idea in 2010. "When this piece of land was put up for sale, Pierre Berge bought Zoom." Bergé died just before the museum opening.
The beautiful building, which cost around fifteen million euros, was designed by Studio KO architects in typical Moroccan style with a lot of terracotta use. The building displays an enormous collection of couture, accessories, sketches and photos of Saint Laurent. The famous Mondrian dress and the iconic women's tuxedo are part of the unique collection. The museum in Marrakech is focused on his designs that are specifically proposed for the culture of the Moroccan city: "The aim is to show Saint Laurent's contribution to fashion; he came here two weeks a year to design his collections, "says Dahlström. "Paris was his place of creation, but Marrakech was that of inspiration.

From the Y.S.L. museum we make a small tour to Atlas mountains to give you an impression of the mountains. Especially in good weather and in winter it is a beautiful sight; that huge mountain range with those white snow-capped peaks, very impressive.
After this short tour we go to the best modern French restaurant in Marrakech, le Petit Cornichon. There you will enjoy a 3-course menu where you can possibly put together a wine arrangement with the help of Otman, the manager.
Take the time to enjoy the peace and the delicious food and drink. Lunch is included in the price, the wine is not!

Stop At: Kasbah Mosque, Rue de La Kasbah, Marrakech Morocco
After the extensive lunch we drive via the famous Koutoubia Mosque to the district of Kasbah with many historical highlights such as the great Mosque and the Saadi tombs. These date from the time of Sultan Ahmad I al-Mansur in the late 16th century. The graves were forgotten and rediscovered in 1917 and restored. The graves, since the restoration has taken place with Italian marble, have become a major attraction for visitors to Marrakech. A visit is possible. In any case we will visit Afous where I can show you how Argan oil is made and .... we get to know fig-cactus oil, the most expensive but most powerful oil in the world.

At the end of this beautiful day we can take a trip through the famous Palmeraie, the famous area of Marrakech where the date palms are once created by all those thrown-away seeds of soldiers who were stationed there.
